Show verified shipping and returns claims with the Trust strip block
A trust badge that can't lie: return window from your stated policy, shipping reach and starting rate from your real delivery profiles. Claims we can't verify don't render.
Trust badges are the most-installed widget category on Shopify, and most of them assert things nobody verified. The Trust strip renders only claims backed by your store's actual configuration: your stated return window (the same field that powers your return-policy structured data), and shipping reach and starting rate read from your real Shopify delivery profiles.
If a claim can't be backed — no return window set, no shipping data shared — it simply doesn't render. No defaults, no guesses.
Add the block
- In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize.
- Open the template where you want the strip (product pages and the cart are the classic spots).
- Click Add block, and choose Trust strip under Apps.
- Pick horizontal strip or stacked layout, and Save.
Where the claims come from
- Return window: the return days you set in AgentReady (Settings → Policies) — "30-day returns", or "Free 30-day returns" when your return fees are set to free.
- Shipping reach: your real delivery profiles — "Ships worldwide" or "Ships to 12 countries". Requires the shipping permission grant.
- Starting rate: the lowest rate across your shipping zones — "Shipping from $4.90", or "Free shipping available" when a zero-cost rate exists.
