FAQ library
Answer once. Publish everywhere agents and shoppers look.
Pre-purchase questions decide sales: sizing, compatibility, shipping, returns. AgentReady's FAQ library stores each answer once and renders it as FAQPage markup for search, a visible accordion for shoppers, and inline answers in your llms.txt for AI assistants. Three surfaces that can never disagree.
See it, don't take our word
The answer you wrote once, where machines look for it
Behind the visible accordion, every Q&A renders as FAQPage markup: the format Google reads for rich results and assistants read when a shopper asks your most common question.
Generated from the same library entries as the visible accordion and your llms.txt answers, so the three can never disagree.
A library, not a page
Write a Q&A once and assign it anywhere: a single product, a collection, a page, every product of a type or tag, or the whole catalog. Rules resolve at render time, so new products matching a rule are covered automatically. CSV import brings an existing FAQ set in; AI drafting proposes honest answers from each product's own data, which you review before anything publishes.
Three renders, one source
Assigned answers become FAQPage structured data on the resource, the FAQ accordion theme block shows the same answers to shoppers (markup that matches visible content, the way Google requires), and your llms.txt inlines them so an assistant can quote your returns answer without a second crawl.
Why this beats an FAQ app
Standalone FAQ apps render a widget. The questions agents actually relay to shoppers get answered from structured data and llms.txt, surfaces FAQ widgets don't touch. With one library feeding all three, your support page, your markup, and the answer ChatGPT gives all match.
Frequently asked questions
Can the same FAQ apply to many products?
Yes. Assign by product type, tag, or all products, and the rule covers current and future matches. Direct per-product answers win when both apply to the same question.
Does the accordion match my theme?
It inherits your theme's fonts and colors and you place it in the theme editor. On products with no assigned FAQs it renders nothing.
Is AI-drafted content published automatically?
Never. Drafts appear for review and you add the keepers explicitly. The drafting prompt is forbidden from inventing answers the product data can't support.
Do FAQ rich results still show in Google?
Google restricted FAQ rich results to a small set of authoritative sites in 2023, so star-of-the-show SERP treatment is rare for stores. The durable value is agent answers: structured Q&A is what assistants quote when shoppers ask pre-purchase questions.
