Choose how hands-on you want to be
Three autonomy levels, from approving every post to fully automatic, plus the email notifications that go with them.
You decide how involved you want to be. Reach has three levels, and you can change yours anytime.
The three levels
- Email me to approve each post: Reach writes each post and emails you a link to review, edit, and approve. Nothing goes live until you say so.
- Draft and notify me: Reach writes each post and leaves it ready for you. You publish when it looks right.
- Publish automatically: Reach writes and publishes on your cadence. You can pause anytime.
Email notifications
Reach can email you when a draft is ready, when a post is published, a weekly summary of how your content is doing, and the occasional milestone (always based on your real Search Console numbers). Turn each of these on or off in Reach's settings.
Tip · New plans start on "approve each post," the safest setting. Move up to draft-and-notify or fully automatic whenever you're ready to trust it with less oversight.
