What data we use, how long we keep it, and your compliance rights.
AgentReady only uses the store data needed to generate your structured data and measure AI visibility. We honor Shopify's data-request and redaction webhooks, so customer and shop data deletion requests are handled automatically.
How long we keep operational data
We do not store high-volume operational data indefinitely. A nightly job enforces documented windows so continuity stays honest while storage stays bounded:
- Answer Monitor poll runs: 180 days (monthly aggregates kept for longer-term continuity).
- Schema crawl history snapshots: 90 days (the live crawl status for your store is always current).
- Ask / assistant history: the 500 most recent exchanges per store or site.
- Webhook delivery markers: 30 days.
- Product analytics events: 365 days.
If you cancel a paid plan, we keep applying the same windows after a 30-day continuity grace — we do not wipe your history the day you cancel. Stores under a legal hold are skipped by the prune job.
