My audit failed
Common reasons an audit doesn't complete, and fixes.
Most audit failures are temporary. Wait a moment and run it again. If it keeps failing:
- Make sure your storefront is publicly reachable (not password-protected).
- Open the app from your Shopify admin once to refresh the connection.
- If you just installed, give the first product sync a minute to finish.
